Pritsak and Golb reference
editThis article says that "Pritsak and Golb (1982) believe they [Tauri] were a Turkic people". The source cited is Khazarian Hebrew Documents of the Tenth Century by distinguished scholars Omeljan Pritsak and Norman Golb. No url, page number or quote is provided. I have located this work on Google Books,[1] but has not been able to find any references to the Tauri in this book. It is therefore a risk that we are dealing with a source misrepresentation. Searches for "Tauri" and "Turkic" also yield no results apart from forum posts by Tirgil34 (talk · contribs),[2][3], see WP:Tirgil34. Since the above mentioned material fails WP:RS, it should be removed until a proper source is provided. Krakkos (talk) 20:38, 5 April 2015 (UTC)

not the best source =
editInstead of using khersonses.org you should be using THEIR sources. If they don't give any sources, remember, they weren't born knowing what they posted any more than you did, and covering up their own sources makes them less reliable. 71.178.191.144 (talk) 11:12, 11 June 2019 (UTC)
To add to article
editTo add to this article, in order to make it properly encyclopedic: the etymology/origin of the name "Tauri." 173.88.246.138 (talk) 21:07, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
