@Lowelaliyo123: Wikipedia encourages all editors to be bold. This means that you don't need to ask for permission to edit a page from anyone; you can just go ahead and edit it if you feel you can improve it. As Paul Erik said above, all edits made to all pages must be verifiable through reliable sources. This is especially important for biographies of living persons. Please make sure you cite a reliable source for all your edits, or at least make sure that a reliable source exists to support content you add (although the former is preferred).
