I would remove the second sentence in the introduction (starting "It blurs the lines between technology...") - it doesn't sound objective/neutral. Similarly, describing the integration process as "seamless" in the second paragraph of 'Background and History' doesn't sound neutral. You should cite the line about literature "exaggerating conflicts between technology and men" (consider saying humans instead of men) because it reads as being biased against literature.
