Wondering how to edit this U.S. City Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Cities standards might help.

founding date
editwould tecopa's founding date be 1907 or 1875? I know someone put the whole "whites" moved into the area, but the local tribes were nomads at the time. so it would the original townsite in 1875 or the relocated townsite in 1907 be the founding date of tecopa? 2603:8000:5000:E9D2:A169:512C:F184:3B55 (talk) 01:46, 20 December 2023 (UTC)
- 01:49, 24 March 2024 (UTC) "Whites began populating what would become the CDP in the late 19th century to support nearby mines."
- Why on earth would anyone identify a group of people by their skin color unless they were an extreme racist?
- We can't know for sure the racial make up of every single one of these so-called 'whites', but we do know they were pioneers.
- The word 'whites' which is racially divisive, hostile and offensive should be changed to pioneers because it is your activities that define you, not your skin color.
- Tired of this anti-whiteism in our society. It has no place on wikipedia and it needs to stop. 47.158.171.202 (talk) 01:49, 24 March 2024 (UTC)
