It is considered to have the largest collection of valuable Western modern art outside of Europe and the United States. This is very, very, very questionable. It's quite a small collection and the number and value of its masterpieces isn't that much different from some museums in Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, etc. I'd suggest something less emphatic.
