- Great, that will make it somewhat easier for later editors to check. If you can find ISBN numbers for them, that will integrate them with an feature provided by MediaWiki(see Special:Booksources) and make it even easier for people to find copies of them. Eventually, I hope that each claim in the article is backed up with a specific (short) quote, with page numbers; but I don't hardly expect you to go to all that work unless you want to. ;-) JesseW 21:57, 22 July 2005 (UTC)
Urartians
editThis article is speaking of the Urartians not whoever the "Araratians" are and Urartu not "Ararat". Also, this article has nothing to do with the present day Armenians. The Urartians built the water canals of this period in present day Armenia. --Liveon001 (talk) 06:08, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Merger proposal (Karmir Blur into Teishebaini)
editI propose that the article Karmir Blur (referring to the hill) be merged into the article Teishebaini (referring to the Urartian fortress), leaving only a redirect from Karmir Blur to Teishebaini. Presently the Karmir Blur article only talks about the archaeological site, which is principally known for the Urartian fortress. This merge would be analogous to how Arin Berd redirects to Erebuni Fortress. Ketone16 (talk) 15:42, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
