Cleaned the article up a bit and added some schools I could find offering TSM or similar Telecom Management programs. This needs a lot of work. Also, it doesn't need to focus on Murray State, as this is a program offered at several universities. Lets hope the admin at MSU doesn't find this or they'll try to use it as a recruiting tool or something. That is by no means a comprehensive list of schools. cpritchett42 17:27, 13 November 2005 (UTC)
Last I checked, though, Telecommunications Management is a program of distinction at Murray State, and is pretty unique to that school. I'm thinking that the ones listed here offer similar programs that aren't exactly the same. Maybe murray needs its own TSM page?

Should this be merged?
editThe page in its current state does nothing to define TSM as a course of study. It's a list of US universities which is likely incomplete and liable to change. For comparison, English studies and Curriculum studies (though they have their own issues) concretely describe the field's history, main principles/areas, what students do to achieve the degree, and what kinds of careers they go on to have. I can't find any reliable secondary sources that treat TSM as a distinct field with any common courses or core skills.
If anyone watches this page -- I am thinking of merging this into, say, Systems management#Academic preparation. Aeffenberger (talk) 23:26, 25 October 2021 (UTC)
