International access code
editThe article says that the default international access code is "001". According to the National Numbering Plan, "000" is the generic international access code which all carriers are required to share (page 20). "001" is only true for SingTel subscribers as it is assigned to SingTel (page 58). Although "000" is not well known even in Singapore, I would like to propose its inclusion in the article. --Joshua Say "hi" to me!What I've done? 02:54, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
