Pre review
editI suggest the following to be done prior to the formal Wiki Proj peer review:
- Eliminate red text by creating appropriate new articles:
- Tennessee Military Department -- very important
- Professsional Military Education Center -- moderately important
- 572nd Band - moderately important
- 164th Airlift Wing - very important
- 119 Combat Air Control Sqdn - moderately
- 228 Combat Control Communication Sqdn - moderately
- 241 Engrg Sqdn - moderately
- Couple more photos are desireable:
- pic of a KC-135 in the 134th AW
- pic of the front of Admin Bldg or the front gate "entrance" monument or signage.
- Respectfully submitted. LanceBarber 05:34, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- I'll work on those. Not sure if I'll be able to get the last pic of the entrance gate, though. The USAF tends to frown on individuals photographing installation entrances these days. Nfutvol 15:28, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- I've taken shots of fronts of buildings and entrances. Have your camera ready, drive by, pause, snap of the item(nothing in the background), and on your way. Also, photos already on most official military websites are free domain. I found shots of NORAD available, dowloaded and uploaded, and posted appropriately. Check the image properties for any details that would not be acceptable to the rules of Wikipedia. I've double bracketed two articles that will show in red... so u can easily drop your text in to initiate and save. Prepare your text in an offline editor, then copy and paste in the text field. Go to the 460th Space Wing and its 'official website' and you will see a parallel in the articles. Copy/edit from the official page into a word processor, re-write in you own words in a wiki encyclopedia style, save, then copy and paste into the new wiki article. Then add wiki style of headings, internal links, external links, and references... oh and categories too. Glad to help you along the way. Lance \\\LanceBarber 19:37, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
- I created a stub article on the Tennessee Military Department BUT it needs a ton of work. The official site is a restricted site and the only info is from Globals website. Will someone from Tenn please do more research and give depth to the Dept article. Thank you. LanceBarber 05:37, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Tennessee Air National Guard
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Tennessee Air National Guard's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "bhist":
- From Berry Field Air National Guard Base: 118th Airlift Wing website
- From Nashville International Airport: "118th Airlift Wing". United States Air Force. Retrieved October 8, 2012.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 10:24, 31 December 2012 (UTC)
