Technical query: Sub-nanometer scaling foundations for Terafab

"As the article develops, we should consider if the 2 nm target for Terafab is physically achievable without addressing the sub-nanometer structural foundations (e.g. concepts described in US20090135387A1). Given the 1 TW goal, the lithographic limits are a key constraint. Should we include a section on sub-nm scaling approaches to improve the article's technical depth?
