New Zealand Touring Cars

edit

I edited "Motorsport venue" section's internal link to New Zealand Touring Cars (New Zealand V8's)--Cheetaih (talk) 12:44, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

What's the fastest?

edit

It is generally recognised as the second fastest circuit in Australasia. The fastest should be mentioned to qualify the statement. --Falcadore (talk) 22:06, 21 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Major Events

edit

Major Events: F5000, Formula Ford, NZ V8's, Porsche GT3 Cup, Southern Festival of Speed, TRS. Those are a lot of major events. Are they all actual major events or are some of them minor support events for other major events, or are some of them just not really major? --Falcadore (talk) 09:28, 5 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

I suppose these are events that were active at the time of writing of this article, still I wonder why the rest of article makes no mention at all of the Tasman Series!
OK, I now found the tiny category box at the very bottom of the page. Still, a mention inside the article would be strongly in order, I think. I took the liberty of hiding a link unter "golden age of NZ racing". ;-) --BjKa (talk) 20:56, 8 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Circuit Length

edit

Circuit Length 2.57 km (2.83 mi) - that arithmatic just does not work. 2.57x1.6 does not equal 2.83. --Falcadore (talk) 09:28, 5 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

I looked up the official homepage, and inserted the data into the article.
(Just wow! : Uncorrected data from 2008, and "citation needed" from 2009...?? I guess Kiwis don't 'Pedia much?)
