Cited Definition Incorrect
In the cited book on page 74 it says, I quote: Automated Testing System: This system includes technologies that support automatic generation and/or execution of tests for unit, integration, functional, performance, and load testing. In addition to reporting on traditional defects such as missing or mismatched parameters, or null pointers, such systems can provide comprehensive information about product quality such as achievable code coverage or average response time. This is very different from the definition as portrayed on wiki, as the definition mentioned here, does not include the automatic generation of tests at all: "In software testing, test automation is the use of special software (separate from the software being tested) to control the execution of tests and the comparison of actual outcomes with predicted outcomes." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.94.5.134 (talk) 11:00, 13 December 2015 (UTC)
