This article appears word-for-word in at least two Internet sites. One of those sites refers to Wikipedia. The other does not, but there is no copyright given. The file is a pdf. However, the fact that even the awful formatting of our article is duplicated leads me to think that it was lifted from Wikipedia. The original Czech state officers are given instead of the ones we currently have. That only means it was copied in 2013. I'm going to assume that Wikipedia had the original article and that it is OK to update this article as an offshoot of it. This article is little more than a stub. I am going to put in the appropriate messages for requesting it be brought up to par. All the links in the references were dead so it will need references, but first, something has to be there to reference.Botteville (talk) 02:33, 29 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
