Statements in the article about "the first officer's lack of initiative and inconclusive answers to the captain's questions" would benefit from references. The in the current edit, these conclusions seem to go beyond the the official Napalese report. Absent supporting evidence, some readers could interpret these comments as speculative.

In contrast, the Mayday episode does not emphasize the quoted statement, but allows only that the captain was overwhelmed, and that flight could have benefited from greater task delegation in the cockpit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by LoadingDose (talk • contribs) 19:54, 10 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
