Merger proposal
editThe article Jabbar (The 99) is an orphaned, small stub article. As far as I can tell, he's the only character who currently has his own article. Merging it into this one seems appropriate. Argento Surfer (talk) 19:43, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

Raqib the Watcher?
