Reinstatement of flags
editThe removal of flags cited MOS:FLAGCRUFT for their removal on the countries and locale (and the respective season) pages. The manual notes that: "Flags are visually striking, and placing a national flag next to something can make its nationality or location seem to be of greater significance than other things." While removing them in front of names of winners on the table of the international adaptions follows neutrality policy, removing the flags in the tables here doesn't seem to apply to the standards. The section is specifically made to highlight (dare say, make significant) the nations which have been visited throughout the show's history. The inclusion of flags in the table here doesn't break neutrality here and, if anywhere, fits the most for this section.
As somewhat of a congruent argument, the inclusion of flags when new countries are traveled to on each individual season page is purposefully added, as the show itself highly emphasizes travel to new countries. The inclusion of flags there is arguably relevant as well. 2600:8801:AC00:5836:DCD5:76E1:FD6C:417A (talk) 23:41, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
- Cool, yet another call for discussion on this matter that is completely ignored. 2604:3D08:7481:AF00:74F4:4B68:2CF9:97C5 (talk) 13:52, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
Environmental impact
editI imagine the carbon footprint of the show is quite high due to the frequent flying. I couldn't find any mention of environmental impact in this article. It is not clear if it the show has a carbon offsetting policy. (Fran Bosh (talk) 23:32, 4 March 2023 (UTC))
Visited but not featured
editI feel like calling Kenya on the map "Visited but not featured" is not accurate, as that implies it was visited but not shown in the episode, when it very clearly was shown in the episode and even has an entire route marker they go to. -184.56.75.144 (talk) 14:37, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
