Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because "The Aristocrats" is now a relatively famous band and I think that it deserves a Wikipedia page.

• I concur, I also feel the membership alone where each one has an uncontested Wikipedia page for their own fame makes the trio worthy of an article. Tearaway (talk) 16:46, 22 July 2012 (UTC)

Not a "Supergroup!

This band clearly merits its own Wikipedia page. But it reads like a publicist wrote it, not like a reference article. While its members are all accomplished musicians, the term "Supergroup" is laughable when used here. 99.9% of the general public have no idea who the members are. And "Supergroups" play in large venues, not 200-seat clubs to half-capacity.
