Get Stupid!

edit

Should we maybe make an article about the book "Get Stupid!" and have a link to it somewhere in this article, as opposed to having a section about it? --Methegreat 20:48, 7 May 2005 (UTC)Reply

I don't know that "Get Stupid!" deserves its own page, but I agree that it does not belong here. If it stays, then Trevor's other book and Chris's CD should be added. But since those are not Arrogant Worms products, I think they should not be on this page --raran75 00:19, 5 Dec 2010 (UTC)

17 years later (and 11 years after my previous comment), no one has objected, and no one has added any of the other works by the members, so I am deleting this section. Raran75 (talk) 05:08, 7 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Toronto?

edit

Are the Worms really based in Toronto? I know they have done (still do?) a lot of their recording in Campbellford, Ontario. WilyD 14:54, 23 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

I agree with the question; whenever I've seen them here ("here" being Ottawa, ON), they've invariably introduced themselves as being from Kingston. Chris and Trevor both reside in Toronto, but Mike lives in the Ottawa Valley; Kingston, on the other hand, is where they were formed - so, in a sense, although the members live in different communities, perhaps they mean that "The Arrogant Worms" (as a singular entity) is from Kingston.

Historically they're from Kingston, currently they're from Toronto. So, it depends on what kind of "from" for which an answer is being sought. The article seems to cover both well enough. — Saxifrage 05:15, 15 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Article title?

edit

Shouldn't this be at The Arrogant Worms? See for comparison The Beatles, The Kinks etc. I know there's a redirect from the "The" name, so it's not particularly important, but if "The" is part of their official name, it really ought to be in the article title too as with the bands mentioned above. I think there's some confusion because early albums call them Arrogant Worms rather than The Arrogant Worms. However, current usage seems to be consistently with the "The". I'd support the move. Anyone else? — Saxifrage 04:30, 15 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Umm, I'm an idiot. Sorry, forgot they were Canadian so I took the u out of Favorite.
