In anticipation for nominating this as a good article, I have removed the following unsourced information, as I cannot find any references for it:

  • The album was certified 5x Platinum in both the Phillipines and Thailand
  • The album was certified 2x Platinum in Indonesia
  • "Wanna Be Where You Are" was released as a promo single in the Phillipines shortly before the duo split up. Freikorp (talk) 02:33, 14 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi, as part of a GAN trade deal, I'll be reserving this article. A review will come in a few days. dannymusiceditor Speak up! 21:31, 23 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Everything in the toolbox except copyvio is fine. 56.1% violation is much too high for a GA article. Please trim the quotes in the most-used source (Hiponline) to be around or below 30%. There are too many in number and all are too lengthy; maybe paraphrasing would be the best option. Songs and other artists should not be italicized; Jewels should just be written plainly and songs should have quotes. ATM that's all I have, but I'll take a closer look later. Please don't make any changes until I get into the rest of the review. dannymusiceditor Speak up! 23:55, 6 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi DannyMusicEditor. As it's been a few days now would you be ok with me making the initial changes you suggested? Unless the review will be finished soon that is, in which case i'd be happy to wait. :) Freikorp (talk) 05:19, 12 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • The article's prose is fine enough, though I will have specific comments to follow soon.
  • The third paragraph of Background/recording should be placed second. In fact, since there's so much quote material in there, you might want to merge that information with the appropriate paragraphs to make two big ones and reduce copyvio, since I'm sure it'll be much smaller when paraphrased.
  • Release and promotion:
  • Record labels do not get italics.
  • An unspecific date in November, but a specific February date? Please officially date the November release.
  • Is there a link to that Dawson's Creek episode?
  • "one a day" in Finland ...?
  • " While M2M did survived a large"....
  • The critical reception box needs the ref tags in there as well.
  • Chuck Taylor should be recognized as Billboard. I'd also prefer you alphabetized the reviews.
  • I don't think it's appropriate to link to a foreign language Wiki article.
  • Link country music

Okay so I added some things. The rest should be here tomorrow, if it's not in two days I give full permission to commence work. dannymusiceditor Speak up! 00:45, 14 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • Tour names generally don't have quotation marks. See Carnivores Tour.
  • "The album received a positive critical response."
  • Several instances of songs are still in italics.
  • Indicate what specifically Kenny Arnoff did. He was a percussionist, right?
  • "A large cull of artists"? When I googled the word "cull" it felt like an inappropriately used word. I think you're looking for cut, but that's not professional enough. Why don't we say they managed to stay with Atlantic despite a large portion of their artists being dropped (something better than my word order but you get the point)? "Dropped" seems like a better one.
  • Karen Tye spoke favourably, not favourable
  • If that's all you can give me from Groove, then please remove it. A score without any reasoning doesn't do us any good.

Alright, that's "everything"   You may strike these as you complete them, if you'd like. dannymusiceditor Speak up! 23:43, 16 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi DannyMusicEditor. Thanks for your review. I believe I have addressed everything, though please note the following points.
  • I've gotten the copyright violation from that site down from 56% to 36%
The last editor I had review my GAN was very strict about this being at thirty-point-something or below. It is a great improvement, but needs more. Copyvio can be serious, and I believe in your hard work. I will assist if necessary.
Down to 29% :)
  • There isn't a link to that Dawson's Creek episode. Instead I have linked to the season. Users can scroll down and read more information about the episode. Let me know if you don't think that is an improvement.
This is good enough if no link exists. I mean, it's not required, but there's nothing wrong with it either.
You misunderstand. I know that he's from Billboard, what I want you to do is change the review box to say Billboard rather than Taylor's name.
  • The source mentions Arnoff's previous drumming work, though it doesn't specifically say what he contributed to the album. Do you think it would be a reasonable leap of faith to say he did the album's percussion? In the meantime I have introduced him as a "drummer" which should clear up any queries about what he did without specifically saying he did the percussion.
Do you know if there are album credits for Arnoff? That's a big thing I'm just now noticing is missing. Facepalm. It would ideally look like The Open Door#Credits and personnel. If you do not have the album, Allmusic is an acceptable reference for this.
I only own digital copies of music, so i'll get it from AllMusic :)
  • I haven't given any further information from Groove.no as it's written in Norwegian, which I have no knowledge on. Would you like me to take a crack at getting a review correct via a Bing translation?
Paraphrase the general point/idea from it if you can; if not, remove it.
  • Re alphabetising reviews - do you want me to alphabetise solely by the source? I.e do I alphabetise "Stephen Thomas Erlewine from AllMusic" as A for Allmusic or, S for Stephen or E for Erlewine?
A for Allmusic in this case.
Thanks. Freikorp (talk) 00:28, 17 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
Hey again DannyMusicEditor. I've done everything except expand the Groove reference, which I will do tomorrow. Have a look at the 'Credits and personnel' section and let me know if I put anything in the wrong place, or if anything doesn't look right. Oh and I got the copyvio down to 29% :). Freikorp (talk) 11:36, 17 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
Ok, and now i've expanded with that last reference so I think everything is done. Let me know if i've missed anything. Freikorp (talk) 21:49, 17 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
I will now pass the article. The only thing that would be missing would be a minor formatting error in critical reception that I'll fix myself. For future reference, please do not italicize Groove.no or AllMusic - they were never in print, always online-only. Sometimes going to their Wikipedia page will clarify how to format them for you. So I'll fix that and we'll be good to go. Pass. dannymusiceditor Speak up! 14:36, 18 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
