Origin of Nickname?
editThis may be way off-base, but I am curious if there is any relation to the origin of the nickname of the character, Al 'Moose' Lipinsky, could be a nod to the actor's possible involvement as the voice of the Moose in the current Montana's Steakhouse commercials? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.197.154.145 (talk) 09:10, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
- Unless it can be backed with some evidence, then its original research. 70.68.147.16 (talk) 23:01, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Immigration and Customs Security (ICS)
editThe Immigration and Customs Security (ICS) is a fictional agency, unlike CSIS, RCMP, or JTF-2 that are also sometimes depicted in the series. Therefore, I added the word fictional before ICS description. 70.55.144.221 (talk) 02:19, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
3rd Season starts Oct 8
editChecking the CBC site I found that the official start date is Oct 8 2009 not sometime in Sept. I updated the entry to reflect this MiklosGaal (talk) 02:05, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
Changing the tense
editI'm planning on starting combing through the article and replacing present with past tense (since the show's been cancelled) in the near future. Is there anyone available to help with that? RA0808 (talk) 22:45, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
Out of curiosity...
editComparisons/contrasts between The Border and 24 noted- was this show known to have been in any way inspired by "The Bridge" (in its different incarnations)? Schissel | Sound the Note! 04:34, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
