Fair use rationale for Image:AndrewSwait.jpg

Image:AndrewSwait.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Will Dutton

This section contains information which would seem it has been written by someone who does not like Will Dutton. It does not cite any sources/references and therefore may very well be factually inaccurate.

The text which is disputed is as follows:

"His most favourite person ever in the whole entire world is HIMSELF and he has a number of other admirers including Anna Hughes, Nialah Chakravarti and Katie Dunn and a wierdo called Laura who didnt speak to him AND someone else who he is not allowed to mention."

This was written in response to what was already on the site. Originally it read "His most favourite person ever in the whole entire world is Claire Macfadyen and he has a number of other admirers including Anna Hughes, Nialah Chakravarti and other people in the NCO." This is factually accurate. This information cannot cite any references because it was written by someone who knows him very well. POV

The present article states:- Will also is an excellent and modest violinist, and is a member of the National Children's Orchestra of Great Britain, with whom he was co-principal violinist this year.His most recent performance was in Italy on the island of Ischia where he sang Funiculi, Funicula extremely well with the National Children's Orchestra. Can someone use their sub-editing skills to bring this into line with Wikipedia standards. Thank you,

Under construction

I am currently fiddling with this article to bring it up to Wikipedia standards and would appreciate any help that anyone would be willing to give. The main aims of what I'm trying to do is:

1. change external links to references and find more references
2. add additional history about the group and add a sectio for it if their is enough information
3. move information around concerning music releases from the lead section to the discography section
