Spoiler Tag?
editSince this is a book series, and you're giving away some of the final details as of Retreat, Hell, perhaps a spoiler tag should be in place to warn potential readers of the series? --Ncc1701 00:21, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
- -- Never mind. I missed it the first time around. --Ncc1701 00:23, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
Cast Adjustments
editTook some cues from the Badge of Honor article and removed references to ranks as they are very transitory through out the book. Fleshed out the character descriptions a bit. --Ncc1701 01:06, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
Trivia
editI believe McCoy's Bronze Star Medal may be an anachronism. He was awarded it in late 1941 or early 1942, I forget which, but according to the article, it didn't exist at that time. I am only 1/2 way thru book 2 for the first time, and don't want to hit any spoilers so I did a search for "Star" and the only ref to this didn't say any year. Feel free to add this to the article. — RevRagnarok Talk Contrib 20:10, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
removed several of the inconsistencies listed due to the fact that they bashed on the writers style and personal opinions should not be listed here —Preceding unsigned comment added by Killkola (talk • contribs) 09:06, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
Victoria Cross
editThere are American holders of the VC. It may be that the awards were not granted to those outside the Commonwealth during World War II, but the current note makes no recognition of the early American recipients.
