Season order
editWhat proof is there that the season order was rearranged from previous plans? I thought the reason this story was recorded was because Nicholas Courtney wasn't available until later for Battlefield, as well as April weather being potentially more appropriate for Fenric. - I think that whoever wrote the note got confused between production order and broadcast order. --khaosworks (talk • contribs) 23:32, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

- "If things had gone according to plan, this would have been how Doctor Who started its 1989 series of adventures. 'The Curse of Fenric' was made with a view to its being shown first, followed by the serial 'Battlefield' and then 'Ghost Light', but later the producer decided that, as a horror story, 'Fenric' would make better viewing for late October, closer to Halloween, when the evenings are darker. And so 'Fenric' dropped down to third in the series running order."--Episode 1
