Cleanup:
Removed reproductions of full sets of lyrics as they are available at other sources; preserving several stanzas for each given version described to give the reader a sense of what is different. A more thorough incorporation of these lyrics in to the article body should be a priority in further revisions.
Marking link rot and uncited claims
Broke up traditional variations, contemporary renditions, and commentary into distinct sections.
