There are a few places, such as the 'moreh eli' at the end of the first paragraph, that appear to be vandalism. I haven't read this book recently enough to know if 'moreh eli' has some significance at all or if it can simply removed entirely. Regardless, it doesn't belong there so I'm taking it out; if it does belong somewhere, someone can add it back in.Sir Akroy (talk) 00:42, 5 March 2009 (UTC)

Revision

I completely cleaned up the article, and added minimal important information, including enough (two book awards and the fact that is was filmed) to justify the notability of the book. I removed a lot of unnecessary or incorrect tags.Markjoseph125 (talk) 04:49, 23 November 2009 (UTC)

Plot section

In the Plot section we see "(Film Version; the book is a little different)". Is this the plot of the book or the film? If the latter, it should be removed or moved to The Devil's Arithmetic (film). Λυδαcιτγ 08:32, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
