Title disambiguation not necessary

edit

The naming conventions for film articles only requires the film's title be used. In this case the article title should be "The Devil On Trial". Parenthetical disambiguation of an article's title is only needed if there is more than one article of the same name. For consistent naming, when disamibguating film titles from other articles, the text " (film)" should be added to the article title, but only if there are identical titles, otherwise. Even when there multiple articles of the same name, if the film is the primary topic it does not need disambiguation. Films are only disambiguated by year of production if there are two film articles of the same name, and when that occurs, the articles are distinguished by using the combination " (2023 film)". The article should move to the title "The Devil On Trial". - Cameron Dewe (talk) 06:12, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
