    Pass or Fail:
  • Info box
  1. No issues
  • Lead info
  1. "first released on April 4, 2005" → The info box says April, 12 2005. Is one international and the other US?
  2. "Carey wrote and produced the entire album alongside a number of record producers such as Jermaine Dupri, Johnta Austin, Manuel Seal, James Poyser and James Wright." → Implies that she did co-produce the entire album, but that the solely wrote the album. Maybe you should write "...alongisde a number of songwriters and record producers...".
  3. "genus" → Is this a word? lol.
  4. "on the Billboard 200" → "on the US Billboard 200"
  5. "became Carey's highest charting song of the 2000s decade to that point" → Do you mean that It's Like That was her highest charting song she'd had between 2000 and 2005? If you do then that is wrong, as Thank God I Found You was #1 in 2000, Loverboy was #2 in 2001, I Know What You Want was #3 in 2003. Maybe to be clearer, you should say "highest charting song since (write song here)".
  6. "staying there for fourteen weeks" → "staying there for fourteen non-consecutive weeks" Carrie Underwoods song peaked at #1 for one week during We Belong Together's reign, look here.
  • Background
  1. "spawning a top-two single in the United States," → Loverboy and ?
  2. "and selling over three million units globally.[4]" → "and has sold over..."
  • Background - Titling and development
  1. "Island Records executive L.A. Reid" → "former" or "at the time"
  • Writing and recording
  1. No issues.
  • Music and lyrics
  1. No issues
  • Critical reception
  1. No issues
  • Commercial performance
  1. "which helped the album reach number four, with weekly sales of 185,000.[30]" → Reads like it was selling 185,000 every week lol. Re-word to say that it peaked back #4 for one week with sales of 185,000 or something along those lines.
  2. "six-times" → I don't think that reads right, maybe you should put 6× Platinum like you have in the Certifications and sales chart.
  • Singles
  1. "on the Billboard Hot 100.[57]" → "...on the US..."
  2. "was released as a double A-side with "Get Your Number" in the UK and Australia, where it reached the top ten. "Get Your Number" was not released in the United States, however, it was released as the album's third single throughout Europe and Asia; in some countries it was a double A-side with "Shake It Off"," The bold indicates repetition.
  3. "The song did not chart on the main Billboard chart" → Specify which song you are talking about, as you previously mention Say Somethin' (I know you mean Fly Like A Bird).
  4. "however reaching" → "however it reached"
  • Ultra Platinum Edition
  1. "The "Get Your Number" video" → "The video for "Get Your Number was" Reads better.
  2. "The only single from the re-release, "Don't Forget About Us"" Put a comma after Us".
  3. ""What It Look Like"" → Is actually ""Makin' It Last All Night (What It Do)"" (Look at the tracklisting).
  • Awards and nominations
  1. No Issues
  • Promotion
  1. "After performing "Shake It Off" and a remix version of "We Belong Together"" The remix version is that from the album, the official remix.
  2. The Bambi and Fashion Rocks performances of WBT were not the one from the album, it is called the Peter Rauhofer Remix. Re-word because it sounds like it is the one from the album, when it isn't.
  3. I think she performed Don't Forget About Us at the AMA's as well, it was definitely on an American awards show. (Little fact, she lip-synced at the Thanksgiving Game).
    • Yup, actually had the sources saved, just forgot to add it. Yup AMAs. And yes, the Thanksgiving was obviously lipped, when she said "thanks everyone" you could hear how hoarse and sick she was :(--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 18:01, 18 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
  4. For the New Years Eve concert, you should mention that she performed the album remix version of WBT.
  • Promotion - Grammy awards
  1. No issues
  • Promotion - Tour
  1. "United states" → Can you spot the mistake? lol
  • Tracklisting
  1. Is Mariah credited on "To the Floor" as a co-producer on the album? So The Neptunes solely produced Say Somethin' but Mariah and The Neptunes co-produced To the Floor?
  2. Also, you say in the Lead info that Nelly served as a co-producer on To the Floor, but you haven't written it here. Check who actually produced To the Floor.
  3. Could you not put the "Ultra Platinum Edition bonus tracks" into a form of table like you have above with "No. Title" and "Bonus tracks" ? It would look better.
  • Credits and personnel
  1. No issues
  • Charts and sales (Charts/End of year charts/End of decade charts/Certifications and sales/Singles)
  1. No issues
  • Release dates
  1. The countries don't need to be in bold.
  • References
  1. Reference checker isn't working, look try it later.

Incredible article, I really enjoyed reading it, it is so informational. There may look like quite a few things to address, but there really isn't when you look at how big the article is in comparison. Calvin 999 14:25, 18 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks very much Calvin :) I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yes, its a large article that took some time to complete lol. Hope to see you at FA ;)--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 18:01, 18 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

You've written "nited States" in the first line of the Lead info lol. Also, specify that she opened with "Don't Forget About Us" at the AMA. And, "short sparkling number", the last line of the Promotion section, I don't think "number" is appropriate, say "dress". Calvin 999 18:30, 18 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Passed :). Well doneeeeee Calvin 999 19:13, 18 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
