Who wrote it?

The article calls this a "Bruce Springsteen song", but MetroLyrics.com attributes it to "Bergkvist, Magnus/Isacsson, Tommy/Edh, Marten". The article ought to make the authorship clear. J. D. Crutchfield | Talk 18:21, 20 January 2015 (UTC)

I will retrieve my source information and enter it within the hour. I glanced by this page, and saw it was horrible, copied word for word from other websites, including the ridiculous section on "Rendevous", which has been copied all over the internet. Bruce Springsteen's Fever had simple history, found a home with Southside Johnny in 1976 - I researched newspapers to get details of how Bruce prepared both songs for Johnny and Ronnie Spector. Bruce only plays it with SSJ these days because he gave him the song.

This article was basically written from scratch, if anybody has any problems, please address me here. I need to go over it to check continuity and references The structure I came up with partly on the fly, and after it was written, was the time with Springsteen 1971-1975, and the Jukes 1976-present. The ending is weak because I didn't decide on it until it was written. I have newspaper articles from the APP Asbury Park Press to polish the ending off. I found a release by Allan Rich, son of Charlie Rich, of "Fever For the Girl", which was the original and legal title. But I read page, and I decided not to mention it. It was not a hit and not of interest. This page is a decent few paragraphs, which is all most songs should get. I did add an infobox for the Southside Johnny version, which is their most popular song, played over 1,000 times.Tillywilly17 (talk) 10:10, 27 February 2021 (UTC)
