What happened to the unclaimed repairs?
editOkay, I realize that I am the only person in history to have a bad experience with Fred Krinke. I must be some kind of monster. However: I paid in advance to have two pens cleaned and have new bladders installed. He told me he had a repair backlog of 18 months. After 18 months he just said that he had no idea who I was and did not have any pens that belonged to me. He was extremely rude and told me he had no time to look for my pens because he was packing to go to a show. This was in 2018. After that, when I went back, the people with businesses adjacent to his said they had not seen anyone there for months. So I seem to have donated a Parker Duofold and Conway Stuart (both ca. 1930) to Fred's medical fund. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I'm miffed to see that many people would get repairs done while they waited.
