The Giants of Jazz (album) → The Giants of Jazz –
- unnecessary dab —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 10:45, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
- Argument is needed to support that loss of precision. NoeticaTea? 10:48, 25 April 2012 (UTC) [My note on moving to "Contested technical moves. –N]
- I've also restored the band stub at the base name. It's already linked from the album article. -- JHunterJ (talk) 12:01, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose loss of useful and entirely harmless precision. It provides instant information and certainty. An internal search shows that a number of titles use the words "giant" and "jazz"; but most importantly, The Giants of Jazz is a group of musicians. They should continue to have their own article (undeveloped though it is, so far); and they need to be distinguished from the album that bears the same name. NoeticaTea? 02:47, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose. The band is a clear primary topic over the self-titled album that was released by said band. Jenks24 (talk) 20:09, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
