I don't understand the subjective opinion someone rather uncontextually (not to mention ungrammatically) inserted into the lead paragraph. I won't presume to change it, though, as I don't feel familiar enough with the topic. – AndyFielding (talk) 03:11, 12 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
