Actually, the design of the restaurant was by Spiros Zakas and his firm Zakaspace. Spiros [1]died in 2011. He designed over 150 restaurants in the United States and Great Gritzbe's was one of his first.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.10.171.2 (talk) 21:44, March 18, 2019 (UTC)
