The title of this article about the High Fives gang should avoid using "The" in the title. WP:THE advises that inclusion of the definite article, "The", is only warranted if it is normally capitalized in running text. The article itself refers to "The High Fives gang", when opening the first sentence. Also, the article about Black Jack Christian refers to him being the leader of the "High Fives". The description of this group of people as a "gang", spelt with a capital "G" appears to be a stylistic artifact from some sources, and appears to be an optional description and not always considered as part of a formal name, if ever mentioned at all. So, if this is any indication of the appropriate capitalization of the gang's name, the article title should begin with "High Fives". While this would meet most of the basic criteria for an article title, addition of "gang" as a precisequalifier is needed to clearly distinguish this article from other "High Five" articles. The most practical way to do that is use the title "High Fives gang". The noun "gang" should be in lower case because it is not always used in connection with this group of people, which doesn't appear to have a consistent formal identification in many sources as being called a "Gang", as apposed to the less formal "gang", without capitalization. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 02:11, 22 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
