- Disagree: There is no need for disambiguation. There is nothing else that uses this title that is not a book. —Akrabbimtalk 15:27, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for reworking the references
editI editted it because clicking on the reference led nowhere (ie. you'd click it, but nothing would happen). I see that the references have been recompiled. Thanks!
Controversies- Interest
editI can't find on the reference where his views on interest are, there or anywhere. He seems to have a pretty orthodox view on it (looking at the 1938 edition), I'll keep my eyes peeled tho. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wes.snyder (talk • contribs) 01:14, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
Controversies Section
editThe controversies section is primarily based on material from the following website http://salaf-us-saalih.com/2010/07/24/beware-of-abdullaah-yusuf-ali-translation/. This is not a reliable source as it clearly has a pro-Salafi bias and considers all non-Salafis to be heretics or disbelievers. I have therefore removed the portion of this section that is referenced to this site. RookTaker (talk) 15:16, 24 April 2014 (UTC)
- Additionally, the controversies section also makes reference to the following site http://www.al-islam.org/tahrif/yusufali/index.htm. This again is not a reliable site as it has a pro-Shia bias. I have therefore removed the portion of this section that is referenced to this site also. RookTaker (talk) 15:18, 24 April 2014 (UTC)
