Undeleted
editI have undeleted the page because the primary author has made a claim that the material is GFDL licensed. This claim is on my talk page. I have no reason to believe it is in bad faith, and I have undeleted the article so that work can be performed on it while the emailed license grant is being reviewed by the OTRS team. - Despite this, it would seem to be an unremarkable organization. A CSD notice would still be valid, but not for copyright infringement. -- Scjessey (talk) 19:40, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

- The issue is whether or not this organization is notable. It must have received at least some coverage in reliable sources (such as newspapers and other mainstream media) to verify notability. -- Scjessey (talk) 21:02, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
as per reference #1 i am removing notable tag, i found a pdf version of article although i can not post it as it is in copyright, if your interested i can send it to you Waky02 (talk) 14:18, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
