Factual Error
editThe character of Monica incorrectly refers to the area around New Orleans as the "county", when in fact, Louisiana does not have counties, they instead have parishes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mjf150 (talk • contribs) 20:00, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
Agreed. It's implied that Monica is a New Orleans native; as such, she would be well aware of this fact. Regarding the comment from ChazBeckett on this revision, it's highly unlikely that the producers did this intentionally just to make it different in the Heroes universe. It's more likely than filming did not take place in the New Orleans area, as crew members would most likely been local and corrected the mistake when it arose. Also, though the specific parish is never mentioned, the scene in which the error occurs takes place in a FEMA trailer, which would only have been present in St. Bernard Parish at the time of production. These did not appear in Orleans Parish until later. (The New Orleans metropolitan area spans no less than three parishes.) Tobias382 (talk) 18:51, 25 August 2011 (UTC)
Papa Parkman = Hal?
editAbsent a cite that the two men are one and the same, the assertion should not be in the article. Otto4711 03:20, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- I thought Nathan said "Hal" when he pointed to Matt's dad in the photo. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 8.7.69.2 (talk) 21:27, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- He says 'how?' Pejorative.majeure 07:12, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
Nathan is seeing himself in the mirror
editThe burned face Nathan sees is himself, it's already been cited from Greg Beeman's blog in "four months later": "Nathan, who was so in control and determined as a political candidate last year, has seemingly lost it all and has no goals. He drinks alone in a bar and is haunted by a disfigured version of himself." It is NOT Peter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.57.136.63 (talk) 04:18, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
Odessa
editI will have to watch the episode again, but i swear i though he said he was going back to Odessa, TX?? can someone clear this up pleaase.Jjkayes 13:19, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- The Haitian said Odessa. Noah said Texas. The Haitian said Ukraine. Noah said long trip. Otto4711 17:56, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- To confirm, as I sit watching the scene: The Haitian says "I have a lead on the paintings. We have to go to Odessa." Bennet says "Texas?" Haitian says "No, Ukraine" or "The Ukraine" and follows that with "It's a long trip. What will you tell your family?" Hope that settles this and anons will stop changing it back to Texas. Otto4711 20:29, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- Ok I guess I only heard the texas part and decided to stop listening after that lol thanks.Jjkayes 20:43, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
Micah's Powers
editIn this episode, Micah touches Dana's back and finds out about her dreams. Shouldn't this be mentioned in the article, as it might give more hints into the exact nature of his powers? Lore aura 17:04, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- No, because there is no independent reliable sourcing that your interpretation of this sequence is correct. Otto4711 17:56, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- He sayd "I can't fix your dreams", suggesting he was trying to 'fix' her just as he fixed the TV to watch the wrestling. If anyway, it shows his powers are limited to electrical items and not people. 81.137.203.168 (talk) 09:27, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
