I notice that dozens of edits to the article, especially regarding the custody and history of the painting, were made within a day or two of the filing of a lawsuit by Yale to resolve its title to the painting. I'd be interested to know if Yale's administrators or lawyers instigated this, although I have no interest myself in that lawsuit other than my curiosity.
