Removal of Orphan and Notability Tags
editOn March 3 and 4 2014 I removed the orphan article and notability tags:
- Orphan: I linked this page to the following pages: American Book Award, Washington State Book Award
- Notability: This book won the American Book Award in 2013, which could be considered a major award under the second criteria of the notability guidelines for books.
While improvements could still be made (adding a "Reception" section including mentions of reviews, for instance) I believe these edits justify the removal of the current tags. MetMet2424 (talk) 16:28, 5 March 2014 (UTC)
- I've redirected this to the author's page. We can really only have one page at this moment so it's better to have the author's page where we can give more information about her as a whole. I also need to note that the B&N award isn't one that would hold any weight on Wikipedia, so I'm not going to merge this info into the author's article. - i've undone this. they can both be notable, no reason to redirect an American Book award winner. Duckduckstop (talk) 19:32, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
