editThe introduction paragraph hit all the major points: founding date, brief history, operating income and loan disbursements that you talked about further down the page. You did a great job at structuring the economic overviews of all the various projects. I would try to focus more on the projects themselves. You have a lot of great information to expand on when it comes to the projects. You have a lot of information that can be checked through other Wikipedia pages which adds to the legitimacy of this page. Your words are neutral so you do not have to worry about that. One last comment, you should add more pictures! That would liven up the page. Also if you have any relevant graphs to compare the effects on these policies. Overall, great work!

editYou did a good job of presenting the history and substance of the partnership between the Philippines and the World Bank in your first paragraph. This served as a nice foreshadow for what was to come in the article. You also structured your article in a clear and efficient manner as it is chronologically oriented. This is important information to share that was clearly lacking from wikipedia. I think that you can expand on some details of specific projects but you made the main idea clear. This article is clearly informative and not opinionated at all. Your statements are all well balanced and supported. I think this article could benefit from some more sources as you often cited the same source more than once. With this being said, your sources are reliable and necessary. I think you can make some additions that could help strengthen your article but I think overall this a good article.

Lead - The lead is good you just need to explain what an EDS constituency is and explain more of the importance of World Bank and Philippines relations.
Structure - Add a few more embedded links to other Wikipedia sites if some terms are not completely clear: “lower middle economic country”, “eds constituency”, international organizations, places in the Philippines, and terms.
Balanced coverage - I think it’s balanced given the information you can find, and how hard it is to find.
Neutral content I think the effects subsection needs to be more nuanced, by just sticking to the data becausec adding the word positive is from your perspective, as well as using the phrase "for example" because it shows how you’re proving your point when it’s supposed to be neutral.
Reliable sources Your sources are reliable, but I did see that Wikipedia does patrol articles that use one source a lot and I noticed you use the World Bank’s data a lot, but I understand because getting information from other sources is scarce. --Jbelling (talk) 16:28, 5 December 2019 (UTC)--Jbelling (talk) 16:28, 5 December 2019 (UTC)

edit1. Lead section great overview of the most important aspects between the Philippines and the world bank. I forgot to mention the constituencies in my article and your page reminded me. 2. Structure clear: Great use of a table of contents for easy information access. 3. Coverage reflects pure data and statistics, and does not try to convince readers. Needs to have more in depth information of WB projects. 4. Language is objective, and does not present any personal arguments or theories. 5. Majority of sources are from the World Bank official site, and there is no signs of plagiarism. Amara Sengamphan (talk) 07:01, 6 December 2019 (UTC)
