I would like to create an article for the British power pop band of the 1970s named The Pleasers, but I believe that in the past that an article of this name was repeatedly recreated with copyright infringements, and the page is currently protected and can be edited only by administrators. Would it be possible to open this page up for editing? Best Regards. DynamoDegsy (talk) 14:55, 15 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

This subject satisfies WP:BAND under criterion number 1: "Has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable, not self-published, and are independent of the musician or ensemble itself" - see "Newspapers and Magazines" section for details.Romomusicfan (talk) 17:20, 26 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
