• I would suggest adding in ratings info into the lead, and then splitting that and critical reception into another paragraph (looks better when paragraphs are roughly the same size)

• "At one point, the Doctor, Amy, and Rory relax and eat fish fingers and custard, a reference throughout the Eleventh Doctor's tenure" -- do you mean since he first appeared?
  • It's actually mentioned in "The Impossible Astronaut" and "The Doctor's Wife" too, but I changed it and added another ref
• "watched by 5.49 million live" -> watched by an audience of 5.49 million live
