I have just created this page. Please note: 1) as the book is not copyrighted, it has been reprinted by several publishing houses. 2) the chapter entitled "Black Magic" uses the term metaphorically. No link should be added. 3) I looked through the electronic academic databases for contemporary reviews, including Historical New York Times, and found only the one listed. Perhaps Lexis-Nexis?
