Differences in Punisher MAX and Punisher 616's origin
editCan I add this to the differences section? —Preceding unsigned comment added by FearEmbodied (talk • contribs) 06:02, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with File:PunMax44.jpg
editThe image File:PunMax44.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

The Punisher (Max Comics) → The Punisher (MAX) –
- Proper disambiguation; should only contain the name of the imprint, such as The Sandman (Vertigo). And there is no company named Max Comics, other Marvel titles in that imprint simply use MAX in all caps.relisted--Mike Cline (talk) 15:54, 23 January 2012 (UTC) Fortdj33 (talk) 14:02, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose per MOS:TM; should be The Punisher (Max), or the current title if that's sufficiently unclear. Powers T 15:05, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
- Comment. I support Powers's alternative per the parent article being at Max (comics). Jenks24 (talk) 12:06, 31 January 2012 (UTC)

Shouldn't it be noted that the max series originally took place in the main 616 marvel universe. Garth Ennis and the editor at the time mentioned it a few times. And the use of characters and references to events from the marvel knights run pretty much prove it. It was not until later that they separated it into its own universe. 75.175.55.74 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 00:19, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
