This article doesn't really have much content other than charts and a couple of comments. It could easily be accommodated in the series' article (or in the Shinee article, if people think that'd be better). Per WP:SONGS, a song must be more than notable to have its own article; there must be something significant to actually say about it beyond charts and date lists.
