Removed Unclear Reference Message

edit

The ten non-templated references that followed the six references generated in the article were added at 14:19 on July 26, 2009 by a user whose only Wkipedia contributions are to this page over several days that month. The edit summary says they were meant to be a section of important secondary references to Kubler's work, not references for the article. I moved them here for someone better able to assess their relevance to the article to review and removed the unclear citation message.
