clean up and genre

edit

This needs a clean up. As for the genre their new one is more southern rock or thrash but their last one was metalcore with some thrash elements. They were much harder on their debut and screamed a ton more.

But their Christian metal.

I don't think Christian should be as a part of the genre. While they ARE Christians, Christian is not a genre. Include it in the article, but not the genre. Same as Underoath who is also on this label, they are Christian, but Christian is not their genre.Lorenwade (talk) 03:36, 22 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I really don't consider them Death Metal, mostly because of the clean vocals and guitar breaks. i agree that they are metalcore with a hint of thrash ack during the chorus years but now they have moved to groove —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.182.144.23 (talk) 00:36, 27 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Christian metal. It's a genre. They also claim it, especially with the jamming for the Lamb thing. http://www.bandsonfire.com/interviews-3/article/the-showdown Whether or not YOU think it is a genre is not acceptable. 98.198.83.12 (talk) 00:15, 7 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

metalcore?

edit

I have heard only heard the new album but I don't really hear enough metalcore to clasify this band as such.--E tac 19:31, 3 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Metalcore?

edit

Your opinion doesn't count as Wiki policy. Besides, Demon Hunter has a sound that differs from many of the mainstream metalcore bands. Do a little research before bursting in with your nonsense. BreakerLOLZ 00:51, 7 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thrash metal

edit

I heard in a old interview about Temptation come my way they said their new sound was 80's Thrash metal so should we add it to the genre's? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.119.82.38 (talk) 00:03, 4 May 2008 (UTC) Yeah I guess it would. Go for it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sector311 (talkcontribs) 23:55, 24 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Ok.And it says temptation come my way was 80's thrash so that's there new sound and not the old one. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.33.106.102 (talk) 00:27, 4 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Metalcore

edit

I heard the song backbreaker on youtube and it had plenty of screaming in it and it had the chorus of oblitoration sound so I'd get rid of the current and former genre's and put em all together. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.119.73.170 (talk) 18:38, 12 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
