Thank you, User:Bkissin for commenting, and User:Theroadislong for editing and promoting the article. I sorta liked the old-timey promotional language in the quote, and have just tried adding that back in, explicitly labelling it as "promotional". I think Bkissin did not express concern about that part, but rather was bothered by my listing the other businesses that the Pequot nation has, and my repeating their self-promotional statement about having contributed $ billions to CT. I will add a "See also" to the Foxwoods resort though. Theroadislong doesn't like the golf stuff? Feel free to take it back out. I just tried to present it better, and maybe that cuts it or maybe not. No problem either way.
It's also true that with that golf quote, the bulk of the article is not about the hotel itself. There isn't any much description of the architecture, how it is Georgian Revival or whatever, or anything about building materials, etc. There might have been some content available about that in the HHA pages (which have disappeared) about the place. And there might be content available about the building in other sources. Anyone reading this, please feel free to add to the article! --Doncram (talk) 18:58, 30 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
