Fair use rationale for Image:Sein ep210.jpg
editImage:Sein ep210.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The Statue → The Statue (Seinfeld) – fails WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, we also have The Statue (1971 film), La Statue aka The Statue (opera), "The Statue" Don McLean song, and others at Statue (disambiguation). The sitcom episode is not more notable than all other uses of "The Statue" in Google Books combined. In ictu oculi (talk) 18:13, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
- support "The Statue" should redirect to the disambiguation page -- 67.70.35.44 (talk) 06:33, 8 November 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose per pageviews. 3,400 hits for Seinfeld in the last 90 days. 820 for the 1971 film, which until a few days ago was the only other article with a similar title. Even if we include hits for La Statue, the Seinfeld episode comes out ahead. -- Calidum 16:39, 8 November 2014 (UTC)
- Support: The hit ratio of 4:1 is insufficient to establish this topic as primary over the 1971 film, and it's not the only other candidate. —BarrelProof (talk) 01:00, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
- Comment. Normally, that would be sufficient to establish the topic as primary, per "much more likely than any other topic, and more likely than all the other topics combined." Dekimasuよ! 20:17, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
- That was not relative to "all the other topics combined"; it was only relative to one topic. And the ratio I was previously given as a benchmark (although I don't remember in which discussion that was) was 10:1. —BarrelProof (talk) 22:08, 9 November 2014 (UTC)

- Support. Clearly not what most people are going to think of when they hear this phrase. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:23, 12 November 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose. If anyone bothers to enter "The" in front of "Statue" when searching, this is the only topic they could possibly be seeking. This topic is obviously the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for "The Statue". --В²C ☎ 22:32, 14 November 2014 (UTC)
- Please don't say only, there's also two films and an opera. —innotata 00:19, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
- Support Not overwhelming primary topic with respect to usage and long-term significance. —innotata 00:19, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
- Support per nom. No PT. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 01:27, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
