Painting's Update
editI assume this is the update that's mentioned in the Underpainting of Hand section, but the painting looks different now, with the left hand and left leg filled in. I noticed it in the background of the photo with this NY Times article https://www.nytimes.com/2022/11/15/opinion/trump-2024-announcement.html but it's also updated on the artist's website: http://www.ralphcowan.net/portraits.html. Should we put a picture of the new version up instead of the old one? TurnipWatch (talk) 16:16, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
- @TurnipWatch I think it'd be reasonable to either include the updated image in the Underpainting section, or to replace the header image with the updated one and show the original in the Underpainting section to illustrate the difference. RookWeaver (talk) 02:06, 4 October 2023 (UTC)
- Done I've added a link to a photo of the updated painting in the Underpainting section --Distelfinck (talk) 14:12, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
