I changed the format substantially. Could anyone please let me know if I did it correctly? I tried to follow Wikipedia format according to the cheat sheets and other tutorials, but this is my first real edit. --ShawnHorton 07:15, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
March 2008 Clean-Up
editI substantially re-worked this article following the merge/redirect of Liminal. I removed the manifesto, which is not encyclopedic and also the following about controversies:
==Controversy== Since its 2002 inception, The Wake has been involved in several incidents and rivalries of sorts with other Minneapolis-based publications:
- Staff members have repeatedly accused Pulse of the Twin Cities, another local arts and entertainment-focused magazine, of plagiarism of graphics and quotes.
- In 2006, the managing editor of The Wake was lambasted by local magazine The Dink after publishing comments criticizing The Dink's name, which was said to be often considered a derogatory term for Vietnamese people.
as I was unable to verify the claims: Pulse controversy, Dink Controversy. They need to be sourced if they are restored. TRAVELLINGCARIMy storyTell me yours 17:08, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
